Hitting Camp (Batters Eye: Visual Training) from 1-2:30pm on March 13-17th and March 20th-23rd for players born 2011 or earlier.

Join us for this 9 day intensive, designed to assess and train visual skills associated with hitting a baseball. Test out some training tech, get your extra hitting reps in before the season starts and learn where you can improve for the upcoming season. Athletes will be assessed on their timing abilities, pitch type detection, and strike zone identification.

Clinics are held at our East Van indoor facility at 2696 Nootka Street (same building as Essentials of Athletics gym)

Michael Crouse

Born and raised in Vancouver BC. My passion for sport was fuelled on by the multitude of courts, track and fields. From an early age the athletic mechanics of baseball, football, volleyball and track inspired me. Through high school I played competitive volleyball, basketball and baseball. Baseball in particular, resonated for my skill set and drive. This is the sport I felt most passionate about and the sport I chose to pursue professionally.
